From the Institute for Resilience and Emotional Development we have proposed that professionals who work in the development of human potential and whose training is not regulated (Coaches, Graphologists among others) have the necessary training and experience, to provide a service with guarantee Quality, rigorous and carry it out with ethical performance.

To ensure this common interest and facilitate the excellent development of people, highly qualified professionals lend their support in the Quality Observatory.

With the WIN-WIN philosophy, the participants of this space contribute the best of themselves and what they know, to facilitate the enrichment of all and continuous improvement, so that the social impact with their profession contributes to making the world more Human.

What is the interest of being part of the Quality Observatory?


Have the necessary help for a Kaizen exercise in three main ways:

One face-to-face supervision session per month with the contribution of those attending it and the direction of a professional expert in Coaching, Team Coaching, and Graphology as appropriate.
A space within the group of the Quality Observatory at the Campus de la Ilusión to share experiences and resolve doubts with other colleagues, between face-to-face sessions and face-to-face sessions. Everyone benefits from everyone’s talent, enjoying an experience that follows the WIN-WIN philosophy.
